All subscription plans (Single, Couple, Premium, and Family) automatically renew at the end of each billing period, with payments charged to the credit card provided at registration. One-time access plans (1-Day, 5-Day, and 10-Day) are charged only once. By choosing a subscription plan, you authorize us to charge your card on a recurring basis until you cancel.

Refund Eligibility
Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase. Requests after this period are not accepted. Refunds go only to the original purchaser and the original payment method. Third-party refund requests are not accepted.

The eligibility requirements and other limitations and conditions will be disclosed at the time of sign-up for the Offer or in other communications made available to the Customer.
The Provider may change its subscription terms and the price of its Service from time to time; however, any price changes or changes to the Customer’s subscription will apply no earlier than 30 days following communication to the Customer (via the Website or in the Customer’s Account).
12. Payment & Refunds
Zemo Promos Inc. is dedicated to excellent service. Refund requests must be submitted to support@kdsgxy.com and will be evaluated at our discretion. If approved, the amount minus fees will be refunded to the original card. Refunds are issued only to the original buyer; third-party requests will not be honored.
